For those who dont know, Microsoft launched DreamSpark in Feb 2008. It is being now run in 11 countries including India and aims to cover 35 million students, of which 10 million alone, would be from India.
Microsoft is giving special attention to India as it offers the largest pool of English speaking students and professionals. Students can access the software through its partners or through the Govt run
