Is it possible to have it be able to run in non-admin (Users group), but hide system settings? Kinda like XP's TweakUI, it hides settings when run as a non-admin, settings non-admins wouldn't be able to change. Currently it requires elevation (probably set in the manifest?) so it wouldn't work.
