You can use any 3rd party tool, or a style or theme or wallpapers, icons, gadgets or anything that comes to your mind.
Just show us your best Vista desktop. Do however make a mention of the tolls/styles/etc used. You may display 2 images of size less than approx. And try to restrict the size of each image to approx 500x300 pxl.
