Mostly i uses Internet Explorer but in case the best addon for Firefox then the Theme of Google Chrome for Firefox is the best look of Firefox.

Firebug and Webdeveloper Toolbar - v. helpful in web-development. Makes debugging easier.

ShowIP - Shows IP of the current site in status bar. Helpful especially when we are awaiting DNS propagation after the site transfer to a different server or have a custom entry in hosts file for a site. With this we can exactly know the server from which the site is getting displayed. This one has saved plenty of time and headaches.

FireFTP - FTP client right from within Firefox.
