Post Uninstall Adobe Flash Player with Adobe Flash Uninstaller

To completely uninstall and remove Adobe Flash Player from your Windows computer, use Adobe Flash Uninstaller.

    Download it by clicking here.

Next, close all your programs including your browsers and run Adobe Flash Uninstaller. It executes on both 64-bit and 32-bit version of the Windows operating systems.

Delete all the files in this folder:

    • C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
    • C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
    • %appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player
    • %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player

Once you do this, restart your computer.

Open your browser and check the status of Flash Player by going here.

Adobe plugins may or may not show separately in the Control Panel. When you run this tool, you will see all the Adobe Flash plugins, software, etc in the drop-down menu. Select them to uninstall them.
