Easeus Partition Master Home Edition is good, but the profesional edition is better,I got a trialpay site from a forum, it does work! the description shows it could support Windows 64-bit and server edition, although I have no server , I 'd like to have a try! why I don't know before?!!

I don't know which is better, but I found easeus is giving away its professional version, compatible with both 32 and 64bit OS, including bootable CD at http://partition-tool.com/giveaways/epmpro/
