Download the trial from: http://download1.emsisoft.com/a2antimalwaresetup.exe
Install it and when the setup wizard asks for a user account, set one up (can all be done inside the software, no website visit needed).
Login with the received username and password and on the next licensing dialog enter the coupon code to attach and activate the full version license with the user account.
Follow the installer instructions to the end.
