No this is not normal. I have used it for years with no issues. Firefox has a pretty good help forum on their website.

hi !

no, it´s not normal.

i have used FF for years, and i have only had a few crashes, but most of them were with beta-versions.

I have had some crashes with ff, but that was in the early days of it. I have not had any since, but then I tend only use it as a back up to IE

Crashing, no. But freezing yes. Firefox on my PC keeps freezing for no rhyme or reason.

No. I use Firefox and it hardly troubles me. Works smooth like a butter.. Just keep a check that you are not running moe than 5 addons at a time. And periodically delete cache. Keep updating it and you will be fine

Default Firefox crashing? - 11-07-2009, 11:08 AM

Most of the time if firefox 3 crashes it is because of the plugins the user has chosen to install.Uninstall firefox 3 then download and reinstall the browser. Become very picky with your choices of plugins.
