Lightbulb Microsoft's new Internet Explorer 9 interface?

Thanks to Microsoft's Russian subsidiary, the world now has a pretty good idea of what Internet Explorer 9 will look like.

Wow... That’s what I’m expecting from Microsoft.
Last time Microsoft added an option to move Refresh & Stop buttons after navigation (Back & Forward) button in IE8 that was initially introduced by Firefox (Not sure... but sure IE didn’t)
When IE8 was evolving... Those were the days when I was thinking, "Microsoft is reading end-users mind strategy." If you're habitual to use those buttons just after navigation button... IE is ready. Now look the pic...n guess... What’s going on this time?
