How do i get internet explorer back on my netbook, help!!?
my little sister has a Acer Aspire One mini netbook thing. she was complaining about it going slow and stuff so my mom [not knowing what she was going] she just went through add/remove programs and started taking **** off. well it appears she took windows internet explorer off and now my sister can't do anything. she can't get on the internet and we have no idea how to get it back :\ if there is a way to restore the whole computer to its original state or just to get internet back that'd be great. my little sister just spent all her money she's been saving since summer to get this thing and now she can't even use it. PLEASE HELP!

Follow these steps to re-install Internet Explorer:
1. Click Start button and then click Control Panel.
2. Click Programs and Features. In the tasks pane, click Turn Windows features on or off.
3. In the list of windows features, mark the check box next to Internet Explorer 8.
4. You receive a message in a pop-up window. Click Yes.

For Linux (ubuntu) I use Google Chromium. You find it in the ubuntu Download Center. I think it is the fastest.
