Smartscreen Filter cannot check this website because the Microsoft online svc is temp
Sometimes, when I click 'Check this website' I get a SmartScreen filter popup saying Smartscreen filter cannot check this website because the Microsoft online svc is temporarily unavailable.
I use Windows 7 Home with Norton 360.
I was wondering if this is common because its like never been available when I check.
Thanks for any help!

When the SmartScreen Filter service is not available, websites you visit during that time cannot be checked against an online list of websites that have been reported to Microsoft. The service is unavailable if your computer loses its Internet connection. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and try again.
If you need to turn off SmartScreen Filter, follow these steps:
Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.
Click the Safety button, point to SmartScreen Filter, and then click Turn Off SmartScreen Filter.
In the Microsoft* SmartScreen Filter dialog box, click OK.
You can download default Windows 7 hosts file from here.
