Tip: Copy All URLs in Internet Explorer open tabs
A simple trick on how you can copy all the URLs or web addresses of open tabs in Internet Explorer 9.
If you want to copy and save the URLs of all the open tabs in Internet Explorer, rather than copying each one individually, you can open Internet Options.
Under the General tab, in the Home Page section, click on Use current button.
All the URLs will get displayed here. Simple Copy them all and paste them into a Notepad.
Exit Internet Options without saving.

Another small tip: If you have saved a web page as .mht file (web archive , single file) whcih I always save as .mht only and if you want to know the URL of it Just open it in Notpad and look for "Content-Location: ...." whcih can be found in the beginning of the page. This will provide the URL of the web page.
