I'm using word 2007 to create a document that many team members will recieve. Each member will fill out the document for each new client, putting in several variables (about 20) - These variables are hidden throughout the document and currently we just rely on highlighting them and everyone being able to find them all, fix them, and taking the highlight off.

My boss recalls a previous version of word had a function where it would quesiton you (ie "what is their name?") then take the answer and insert it in the several places it needs to go.

Does this still exist? What is it? How do I get to it?
