How can I get Windows Live Mail to start with Windows 7? I did see anywhere in its Settings - Start when Windows starts or something?

You could add a shortcut in the startup folder.
Just tried it and it works ok.

Another way to do this is
open notepad and write or copy following registry entry
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
"wlive"="C:\\Program Files\\Windows Live\\Mail\\wlmail.exe"
if your windows live path is different then above then replace "wlive"="<path>" with your path.
Now just double click or merge this registry file, it ask for permission click yes and restart to take effect.
