    Question How can I get Windows Live Mail to start with Windows 7?

    How can I get Windows Live Mail to start with Windows 7? I did see anywhere in its Settings - Start when Windows starts or something?

    You could add a shortcut in the startup folder.
    Just tried it and it works ok.

    Another way to do this is
    open notepad and write or copy following registry entry

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run]
    "wlive"="C:\\Program Files\\Windows Live\\Mail\\wlmail.exe"
    and save it with any name but with .reg extension.
    if your windows live path is different then above then replace "wlive"="<path>" with your path.

    Now just double click or merge this registry file, it ask for permission click yes and restart to take effect.

    Cool, I will try the easier option first and see - thank you both.
