Default List of Windows Live Essentials 2011 Uninstallers

Occasionally you come up against a brick wall where Live Essentials ceases to work and you are in the unenviable position of neither being able to install or uninstall.

So I've made a list up of all the Live Essentials Installers/Uninstallers associated with Live Essentials 2011.

By copying and pasting the relevant "Msiexec /x{08234a0d-cf39-4dca-99f0-0c5cb496da81}" string into an Elevated Command Prompt and hitting Enter you will be able to uninstall the uninstallable.

Through this link to MediaFire is a text and pdf file. There is also a .bat file which will, with a double click, commence the uninstallation of everything that Live Essentials installed.

    Thanks r.k.
I just thought I better add:
In the Run commands in the above image, I left a space between the command and the uninstaller string for clarity.

By when Windows Live Essentials Uninstaller is broken. you mean when you cannot uninstall it from Control Panel/Add.Remove Programs?

    Yes. But...
It's more of a case of when...
You cannot install Windows Live as it tells you it is already installed (but you know it isn't) and you cannot uninstall (the alleged installed) because it isn't installed and there is no entry in Programs and Features to use to uninstall. (Phew. Does that make sense??) In other words you have previously uninstalled but it's left bits behind preventing you from reinstalling the same or a previous version.
