This setting can't be applied to any of your accounts - Outlook
I received a popup message that Focussed Inbox was available to my Outlook email account.
But when I opened Outlook app settings and enabled it I got message - This setting can't be applied to any of your accounts.

Focussed Inbox is available for Outlook.com and Office 365 accounts. Maybe it has not yet been rolled out to your account yet.
Wait for a few days. If you still do not see it, you may use their chat support.
