Default Microsoft renames old Surface to PixelSense

Microsoft has renamed its 'old Surface' computer as PixelSense to make room for the 'new Surface' Windows 8 tablets announced by it.

Surface - now PixelSense, was a table-top, multitouch flat computer that Microsoft had launched in 2007.

Check out the new PixelSense site.

Cool. I was wondering how they were going to do that. I got to play with a Surface (now PixelSense) device at the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond and thought it was awesome. There are a lot of possibilities with it in a LOT of different markets. I'd like to see the costs come down and more places using it. The educational aspect alone is amazing.
