Changing default save location for files in Windows 10; Folders too & not just Drive
Just got a new laptop and upgraded to Windows 10 and I can't figure out how to change the default save locations for my files.
Example, if I'm online and save an image, the default save location for everything is My Documents (instead of My Pictures). I've never had this issue before since all my old laptops would just save images to Pictures by default. I can't figure out how to change the default locations for this. (I did this on Vista years ago, changing it from Pictures to Desktop, but have no idea how to do it on Win10). Can anyone tell me how?
(Note: I did go into System and try to change it there but I can only choose C drive or my external storage, not actual folders).

or Windows 10, check Change default Save location for Documents, Music, Pictures, Videos. But it lets you change only Drives.
To change the folder too, see this post for directions.
