Default Quick Restore Maker Not Working in Windows 10

It goes through the motions but doesn't create a restore point. Is it compatible with Windows 10?

Can I assume that your restores are saved to the default "System Properties/System Restore" folder? As I mentioned, it goes through the motions but doesn't create a restore point in the default folder.
