Cannot sign in to my account, does not recognize my internet connection.
This is my first post in this forum and it is one of quite some urgency.
You see, recently I updated my windows 10 to the more recent version, the main problem is that I can no longer access my account. The most curious thing is that the computer says that it is not ocnnected to the internet when in fact it is connected via cable directly to the router. I checked both the cable and the router for any issue and found nothing.
The other problem is that I lack a local account so whenver I type in my password the computer tells me that the device is without connection and to type in the last used password which I do put answers with the same message.
Some far I'm out of ideas, I would like to please get help on this issue as soon as possible. Any other information that may be necessary I'll be happy to provide.

Boot in Safe Mode, Run services.msc and make sure Credentials Manager service is set on Automatic. Pls also see if any info in any of these posts help you:
