Quick Assist not working
I have been trying to use the Windows 10 Quick Assist app. I run the program as administrator. When I click on “Give Assistance”, I see the Code needed to send to the person wanting help, but it is only on the screen for about one second. Another window opens showing the following. “An error has occurred” We've run into a problem. An error has caused screen sharing to end or we cannot establish a connection. Please close Quick Assist and try again later. No matter how many times I try, I get the same results. I have set the firewall to allow quick assist app and I'm connected to the internet.
Hope you might shed some light on the problem.
