Default Cortana is disabled by company policy in Windows 10

HELP! I am seeing a Cortana is disabled by company policy message in Windows 10 when I go on to turn it on.

    How can I fix it?

You will have to check your Registry or Group Policy settings for Cortana.

This link refers to how to disable or turn-off Cortana not how to correct the "disabled by company policy" situation. You can, by following the instructions in the post, "enable" Cortana but the subject restriction continues to apply.

Interestingly, when I start gpedit.msc, I get this error message: Namespace 'Microsoft.Policies.Sensors.WindowsLocationProvide r' is already defined as the target for another file in the store. File: C:\\Windows\PolicyDefinitions\Microsoft-Windows-Geolocation-WLP admin.admx, line 5, column 110"
