Cannot operate Sage 50 after updates in Windows 10
I have been unable to access Sage 50 since Monday. It was running fine until my computer shut down, restarted and updated. I get a message telling me there is an error connecting to a database. It cost me $458 because my support plan had expired and I spent and two and a half hours on the phone with tech support at Sage. Two techs had remote access and could not resolve this issue. The second ran a computer scan which froze up at 43%. He said this indicates to him that the issue is with Microsoft, likely the updates. I have tried calling but your telephone system is horrible. Why can't a live person answer calls any more ? I need help quickly! I have payments to process, bills to pay and payroll to make. Is there anyone available to take remote access and fix whatever the problem is with this computer ??

I suggest you do not give remote access to any unknown persons.
Check if you are using the latest version of Sage 50 and try running in compatibility mode and see if that works.
