Default Your Organiztion may be controlling some of your settings.

Does anyone have this problem and, can you tell how to get rid of this setting in Windows 10 Home? I am not a member of any "organization" in fact, I'm retired!

This may require some troubleshooting. Maybe some software changed your setting.
Pls see: Some settings are managed by your organization message in Windows 10
