The performance is good. Though upgrading from 48 to 57 took a good hour & a half. I suspect tht to be 'coz of it being on a logical & not a primary partition.

Homegroups used to crash on 48 but hasn't on 57. 57 did freeze yesterday though.

Not sure about previous builds but PSR has been brought out of hiding & Remote Desktop was in the listed programs in Start Menu, which for some reason I found interesting.

The upgrade was smooth, none of very few installed apps broke.

i recently signed up for windows 7 i know my configuration is good enough but where do i get the download windows isn't offering anymore. by the way will all my programs run on windows 7,fallout 3,windows live,cyberlink youcam etc

I've noticed that in the control panel home, now for viewing all the items there is no option, show all control panel items, instead of that to get all items just change the view to large icons or small icons according to your ease from the category view, good change by MS.

I've seena drastic change in my WEI from 48 to 57. What used to be 3. is now 5.1, the core change is being reflected in the HDD score. Also, for somereason even after installing ATI's beta drivers, my WEI for the GPU is less than that in Vista :|
