I was just about to say, it's deffo not working on W7, ran, rebooted then nothing. lol
How much time does your Windows 7 or Vista take to boot?
If you want to time or Measure your Boot Time, here is how you can do it !
Download and use BootTimer.
It works with Windows 7 & Vista too ! Save all you work an then use this utility.
In Windows 7, you may have to Run it as Admin!

83.912 secs is my Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit boot-time.
The problem with this program is that it does not really measure the boot time but the restart time. That includes closing the system, the BIOS phase and the boot time. I have a very long BIOS phase (I think because I have so much equipment hanging on the system). My measurement showed 69sec whilst the actual boot time is only 15sec (measured with a stop watch).
From its home page:
This utility is Windows Boot timer. Simply double click on the executable & upon restart, it will display the time taken by your computer to load windows. It does not take into effect the time taken to go through BIOS or BIOS bootup password. It takes the time from the instant BIOS starts loading Windows.
So it is different than this one which I have been using before:

I ran it twice but did not get any result.
