Exclamation Big "Administrator control panel lost" issue

    Hello,

I use Windows 7, and to disallow a specific user to access the control panel, I logged to this specific user and used UTW2.

When I wanted to change the access to the control panel, Windows asked for the administrator credentials.
As a matter of fact it has changed the rights parameters but for my current admin account...

And as UTW is using a Control Panel window to get opened, I can not open it anymore in my Admin user session...

No way to get things right back (no access to control panel, no registry, etc...)

By chance, I have another Admin account that can access the Windows registry...

Would anyone be able to help me on this one ?

How to make my first admin account be able to run UWT2 again ?

Thank you very much in advance,

    Best regards,

    Ledroit
PS: I have not activated Windows restore point feature

See if you can manually edit the registry to allow access. This post may help you:
