    Post Windows features box empty in Windows 7, 64 bit OS

    Turn windows features on/off is blank. Also, Internet Explorer missing. Tried fixwin v1.2 no success!

    Tweaking.com's Windows Repair (All in One) may help. Download, install, run with default checkmarks, add items 26 & 27 - then click start repairs.

    I did not understand what you meant by - Internet Explorer missing.

    HappyAndyK, same thing happened to me a few times. Internet Explorer simply would not load, even from Explorer's users [user] desktop folder. IE icon can be missing from desktop, along with other icons. I did not know IE is supposed to be in Windows Features.

    Yes if you have upgraded IE, you will see the entry to turn off or uninstall the later version.

    Perhaps some of these links will help you if you face this problem again:
