Default Cannot remove Debug Diagnostic Tool v1.2

I tried to remove Debug Diagnostic Tool v1.2 from Control Center. It said something was missing. I downloaded the .msi file and tried to reload. Received a message there was a problem with the Windows Installer Package. Where can I find details on this issue? How can I get it removed so I can try the 2.0 version?
I run Windows 7 Professional 64bit and I am running the x64 version.

    Hi,

If you are unable to remove any application from the Control Panel, you can use some third party uninstaller tools like Revo Uninstaller. That will remove the files including the registry and you wont receive any error as well.

    Thank you,
