Default Blue Screen 1000007e on Windows

Several times a day my PC crashes, when I leave my station for a few minutes. When I come back I have a message that windows had to close and has recovered. Then the problem signature message is as follows:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000007e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF8800572D6E8
    BCP3: FFFFF88004165598
    BCP4: FFFFF88004164DF0
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

What on earth is the issue? and what to do about it?

    Thank you for any help.

Generally speaking, make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed and updated your device drivers - especially your Video/Graphics Drivers.

For more help, see: Blue Screen Guide.
