Default How to manage startup programmes

I'm running Windows 7 Professional and if I log in on one of my user sites my system automatically loads 2 games programmes. Sometimes I only want one of them to load but I don't know how to control whether it loads or doesn't next time. I've looked in msconfig and the Startup tab and neither of the 2 games is listed. I've also looked in C:\Users"username"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windo ws\Startmenu\Programs\Startup and they aren't there either.

    So my questions are:
    1. Why aren't they listed in the Startup list of programmes?
    2. Where can I find them listed so that I can select and de-select them when I want to?
    3. How can I add other programmes to the startup list?

    Thanks
