Setting up Bluetooth wireless headphones in Windows 7 Home Premium
I am trying to set up my BT wireless headphones I bought off Amazon last month with my Windows 7 PC.
I purchased a USB dongle at Best Buy and have managed to pair and connect my BT headset to my PC. My device is showing in Devices and Printers as well as in Device Manager, where BT Radio also shows.
My issue is, my device is not showing up anywhere in my audio settings at all. When I open up Playback Devices, it is not listed. Broadcomm has no drivers listed and I have tried to update with Windows Update with no luck. I am stumped.
Is this a Drivers issue, or do I need to change a setting on my PC?
Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.
Stay connected to the Internet, try to connect your device and see if you can - If asked for, update your Driver. Else manually update the Driver via Devices Manager.
If that does not work, you will have to go the manufacturers website and download and install the latest driver for your device for Windows 7.
