Windows 8.1 Sleep Mode Turns Off Bluetooth Speakers
When my Windows 8.1 Toshiba Portege goes to sleep mode, my bluetooth speakers power down or turn off.
Is there a setting I can do to keep the bluetooth speakers power on when computer is turned off or in sleep or hybernation mode?
My WiFi also disconnects in sleep mode with Windows 8.1 but I may have found a solution in this website earlier today.
Anyways, if anyone can provide a solution to keeping the bluetooth speakers power on in sleep mode, that would be great.

I can't really see anything that you could do about when the system is off or in hibernation and doubt that the following will work in sleep mode.
In any case go to Device Manager and then properties for your wireless and Bluetooth. Under the advanced tab there should be the option to allow Windows to turn off the device to save energy. Uncheck the box and Apply then re-start the system.
