Its a nice Vbulletin forum which has become popular with the Microsoft support groups.

It started off as just games for vista, but due to high demands and requests now covers any hardware and software that may have compatability problems with vista, not to mention the Xbox 360 which can be used to play against online gamers

A Contest ScoreSheet, designed by one of the Judges, Barney Tormey, has been mailed to all the Judges. This ScoreSheet will make the job of judging the websites easier for the Judges.

The websites will be judged primarily on the following 5 parameters.

Content Quality : Quality of Content, Technical Accuracy, Originality, Ease of explanations in the area which the website focuses on.

Content Quantity: Does the website have sufficient quantity and coverage of all the areas in which it focuses on?

Content Flow: Logical flow of content, Effective use of links to enhance website experience and display additional information

Organization & Navigation : Logical page layout, content organization, Ability of reader to navigate the webpage in a logical fashion, etc

Overall Impression: Look of webpage, Cluttered vs. non-cluttered appearance, Use of color, Visual experience, Correct use of language, grammar and spellings.

Looks like the Judges will require a few days to submit their ScoreSheets. The results will be declared on 1st Sept. Once the decision is arrived at, the 10 websites will be put up for a public poll at a separate url.

UPDATE: The Eset Smart Security Serial Numbers have been PM'd to all the participants. Go to: www.eset.com/activate/index.php and fill out the form. In the form, you select your password and enter the serial number. That takes you to the download page where you can download the software. These are not for trial versions, nor should you download the trial first. They are fully-functional 6-month licenses.
