It can't run as a non-admin. the thing can be taken for future release.

UWT v1.2 crashes when I click on network tweaks. I get an error which reads : "Value of '20' is not valid for 'Value'. "Value should be between 'Minimum' and 'Maximum'

I think the 20 is a network connections setting in place from another tweeking program. but since UWT crashed when I click the menu link I cant even change it to the 'Minimum' or 'Maximum'

Vista sp2 32 bit
IE7 w/ IEPro7 on it

I have just downloaded and installed the Ultimate Windows Tweaker 1.2 and was disappointed to see that the OS Build has been eliminated from the System Information screen. I hope this little bit of information will return in the Windows 7 version of this excellent utility.
I, too, am getting error messages from v1.2, including one when I tried to activate Enable Clear Type For HTML.
Thanks for an excellent utility. Keep up the great work.

I didn't get any issues fresh installed on Vista SP2.
First try Restore default setting than apply.

Arrow Don't open submenu when mouse hovers? - 06-21-2009, 10:32 AM

Hi,

Thank you for this neat app. Question - I cannot see this option listed in the Start Menu features page:

Don't open submenu when mouse hovers

I am using Ultimate Tweaker 1.2.0.0, running Vista SP2, 32 bit, IE8 (release). I am really hoping for this tweak, because my hands shake and it is difficult if not impossible to navigate cascading submenus which open and close during hovering. I wish I could alter all cascading menus (Roboform, Start Menu, etc) to require a mouse click to open succeeding menus, and keep them open till dismissed. It is so hard to navigate otherwise!

Thanks so much!

Same problem in 1.2 --no change.

Error message now is "Value does not fall within the expected range"
