Default How do I create a Windows XP SP3 recovery disk?

My old laptop that I use when my main laptop is out for repair has WinXP Home Edition with SP3. I've been considering installing Win7 on it using the recovery disks I got when my main laptop's hard drive failed last March.

I've already done my research and my old laptop meets the system requirements for Win7. Before I attempt the install, just in case that goes badly, I'd like to create a recovery disk using blank disks in the CD drive (no floppy drive) that'll install just WinXP SP3. How do I do that?

Any imaging program will do. I have used free Macrium in XP and that worked well.
