    If you are using Windows 7. First go to taskbar, right-click, select properties and for Taskbar Buttons, select Never Combine. Copy the following code into notepad, save as taskbarbuttonsize.reg (saving as type all, change encoding to unicode), double-click it to add it to the registry. Logoff or restart to view changes

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics]
    "MinWidth"="60"
    adjust the "60" to your liking, taking in mind the smaller the number the larger the button

    Do you know what the W7 default number is for "MinWidth"?
