Default Windows Desktop Management: Display image in any location?

Windows allows very little choice as to location and size of desktop wallpaper, whereas Active Desktop Calendar has a feature whereby an image of one's choice and be 'deployed' in ANY location on a desktop, as a wallpaper/background.

Does anyone know of a program that confines it self to THAT functionality ?

"Overlap Wallpaper" sounds like JUST THE THING. Photojoy seems to offer much more than I want - which Active Desktop Calendar also/already does. Thanks for the suggestions

Overlap Wallpaper is DEFINITELY the one; and by a cute workaround of 'launching' multiple instances of the program, I can have multiple images wherever I want, on multiple monitors, in a range of transparencies and sizes.
