Exactly what is your problem? You have provided screen shots but not stated what the issue is. Since this is a custom theme that you have put together we have no way of knowing what is right or wrong...

I do not know where find the files responsible for displaying the information on this page.
I thought in the file : systemcpl.dll but when i edit this file, everything is unchanged .

I still don't know what you mean by "unnecessary elements".

I'm looking for a file that allows you to remove the lines:
    service pack
    Computer name and Domens
    The Windows Activation.
and the rest of the elements which are erased in a first Image

OK, now I understand and can actually offer some help...

Windows Vista and later is different than doing this with XP. You no longer modify the sysdm.cpl file. You will be modifying MUI files. Here is a link to a tutorial on doing this.

From my research on this a good freeware tool to help with this is Resource Hacker. Here is a tutorial on its use.

Please keep in mind that I have not used this software and cannot vouch for it in any way. As with ANY download you should always use advanced or custom install if available to help prevent the installation of bundled extra stuff you don't want.
