I have an Acer ASE380 UD480A AMD 64x2 2.5mhz
ATI SAPPHIRE 3870 / 400GB HD / 4GBRAM / 550WATT PSU
I have been having a problem with my computer, when it idles for about 15min unattended when i return it is frozen mouse pointer just spins and nothing else, then the program i tryed to click on turns transparrent. I then have to do a hard reset about 10 times a day.
I checked my power management setting are to never hibernate or never sleep. power supply voltage through the everest reading on the rails are matched, temps are ok. I dont know what else to do besides reloading it. HELP ME!
ps. Never Overclocked the system, all factory settings.

I would also suggest checking your drivers and the website of acers to see if they have new BIOS updates and such(not sur if it will help but it means your lappy is up to date)
