Have you tried selecting the bluetooth icon in control panel?

Once you have found a device any file you wish to send to your bluetooth device just right click on the file select send to then bluetooth and you will be able to choose and send to device.

    Hope this helps.

Hi thanks but I have been there and when I clicked on the bluetooth icon in CP i get a new explorer windows which is dif to the one you get. It might be a feature I have turned off but I just dont know.

Its a dongle i'm using could this be the problem?

I have a dongle plugged into an internal usb port so it shouldn't be the dongle. Did you try to right click on a file and send it that way?

Make sure of a couple of things:

    a) is your PC discoverable.
    b) can your phone search your PC

Sorry to have wasted all your time, I bought a copy of bluesoile or something on those lines and it seemed to stop everything from using BT but itself.

All done now and Thank You for your help

No worries sometimes the solution presents itself.
