The Fingerprint Bio Protection causes an error.
Keep getting a memory access error 000000
I know there is a solution to this, I did read it here at the begining of the year, but have for gotten what has to be done and the forum has change a bit since then. Can anyone help please.

Do search on the forum threads to see if the answer is there, if you think it was mentioned before. If not then google the errror number and you might get a solution, is the best I can come up with to help you

Not sure... hope some one else will has a better idea.
But see if you have the latest driver Acer Support - Drivers & Download or check out the Acer Bio-Protection help files on your laptop.
Or maybe try Acer Support: Acer Support - Welcome to Acer Support

Solved the problem.
I've sorted it out.
Saved all my work.
Reinstall Vista from Factory default recovery disks.
Turned off windows update and took of all the rubish Acer put on the ASPIRE 6920G and unistall their eData program.
Updated to Vista Ultimate.
After I got all the update from Microsoft I install the Bio protection app from Acer and everything is working ok now.
