A little problem permanently changing the boot sequence in the BIOS
I was trying to change the boot priority in the harddrive group of the BIOS. It says on the right side to use + or - to move the devices up or down. I wanted to move the 2. disk (Intel) into first place. But with +/- nothing moved. I tried 2 different keyboards, but no luck. Anybody have an idea what could be the problem?
PS: I got the problem solved. Had to use the numeric +/- and not the keyboard +/-. Go figure.

@ whs: do you have USB keyboard?
If so, the issue you had could be caused by your USB keyboard as far as I know

leofelix, no, that was not the problem. I was my own stupidity. I should have known that a <+> meant a numeric plus. But I had not played with the BIOS for such a long time, that I just forgot. Btw: at first I tried both my USB and my wired keyboard and still did not get the message. I guess one should not do these things at night - at least not at my age. The neurons in the brain work slower.
