What does this mean?
I have an automatic downloaded Windows update, " Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2687455) 32-Bit Edition " but it won't download and gives me a pop-up saying, "...The feature you are trying to use is a network resource that is unavailable..".
It's for 'Microsoft Office Single Image 2010'.
I have Windows 7, 64bit and received the similar 32 bit update Security Update for Microsoft Office 2010 (KB2687276) 32-Bit Edition that downloaded OK, see below ↓
Installation date: 7/10/2013 12:32 AM
Installation status: Successful
Update type: Important
Problem is that the (KB2687455) won't update. Why did I get it if I suppose to have it then it shows an error?????
Anybody get this update lately, any errors like this?

No, i have not seen this update.
There is an alternative way to get it: support.microsoft.com/kb/2687455
Method 2: Download the SP2 package from Microsoft Download Center
The following files are available for download from the Microsoft Download Center:
Download the Microsoft Office 2010 Service Pack 2 32-bit package now.
Download the Microsoft Office 2010 Service Pack 2 64-bit package now.

Thanks for the reply..
I still got this pop-up saying, "..there are no products affected by this package installed on this system.." I tried to save it to a file, but same thing. Then I tried to see if "Microsoft Fix-it center" could help and got a pop-up saying, "..Input string was not in a correct format.." and this pop-up was for the Fix-it center....
I ran Emsisoft anti-malware, Hitman Pro, MSE and Malwarebytes to see if any Trojans or viruses causing this , but no luck. I even went back to July 22 restore date to see if that would help, but no dice......Probably something Obama did to my computer
