Default Security problems with Opera 15 | 16

    Hi !

Security problems with Opera 15 (Opera_15.0.1147.148)

    I installed Opera 15.
When i checked the settings i noticed that it had changed the settings for javascript.
My settings is not allowing javascript, except for a few trusted websites.
But that was changed to allow javascript!
Thatīs a serious security problem !
If you donīt check the settings Opera 15 will run javascript on all websites.....

And btw. i uninstalled Opera 15 because it looks horrible, they have changed the menu system making it impossible to find anything, so itīs not interesting anyway.....
Also, itīs installed in a subfolder in the current opera folder which is really weird....

Do you think Opera changed the setting back or did some other program mess with it?

I guess itīs because it was installed in a subfolder of the current operafolder.
My "normal" Opera-version (12.15) was not uninstalled, no changes were made.
I even started 12.15 normally by clicking on the taskbar icon, before i uninstalled 15.
I then uninstalled Opera 15, and 12.15 still works as previously.
Upgrading Opera by downloading and running a new installation normally means just a newer version.
No changes are made to any settings.

The changes to the javascript-settings can be dangerous if the user thinks javasript is blocked on a particular webbsite while it really isnīt blocked !
That is very stupid by opera !

I always doublecheck settings after upgrading.
But not every user is like me...

Oh ... maybe that is something Opera needs to look into!
