Sorry, that was a wrong link.. Did you follow the procedure neatly? Most of them are saying it's working..Don't know what went wrong with you.

yesterday, i used another script.then go to windows update, but nothing found.
my system is msdn vista ulitmate with sp1

a minute ago ,i used tweakwindows's code me. and check windows update.
it said windows is up to date.

Thanks for posting this. For those of you who have installed the pre-beta SP2, does installing it result in a version stamp being placed on your desktop? Also, is there an expiration date listed?

One last thing, I was hesitant to install SP1 for Vista during the beta testing because you were expected to uninstall each new SP1 beta before installing the next one. It just seems pretty risky to do this on a primary (mission critical) box. Anyway, I am encouraged that MS have taken the step to release a new SP so soon. Since I use the Xbox 360 for gaming now, I have always liked Vista for its ease of use and organization. This holds especially true for my not so computer literate friends and family members.
