Help Topic Not Found After Installing Vista SP1

After installing SP1 in Vista Ultimate, I get the following message:

"Help Topic Not Found"

"This content under construction"

"We were unable to retreive the requested topic."

Any thoughts on this? I have tried everything I can think of.

Did you install Vista SP1 through WU or with its stand-alone installer?

Because the latter may not include the updated Vista SP1 Help files.

See if a manual download & install of the updated Help files helps you.
