How to make Notepad act like a log file.

Open Notepad.

Type in it: .LOG

Save it as: .LOG.txt

Now everytime you open this file, it will display display Time & Date. Then when you make any entries and save it, the next time you open it it will again display the fresh time & date. This way a sort of a log is created of the entries you make.
