    Default Trouble installing game on vista

    Every time i try to install this game if won't load, and after a few mins it starts to install. then when i go to play it. it saids a file is missing any help. and the game is for vista and my system meets all the games requirements.

    I just get like a error code from the not sure what to do.

    The game is civilization 3

    Well i i click on the game it runs now but then i get error29 and it saids fron page cant load.

    You might need to run it in compatibility mode as its an older game. I know that Civ IV runs fine on vista but not to sure about Civ III

    Right click on .exe and select the compatibility tab. tick "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"

    and select "XP (Service pack 2)"

    PcMan, I just bing the game and found that the game will work only with the earlier versions of windows prior to Vista. It is not compatiable for with Windows Vista.

    Check the System requirements again properly here.

    i suggest you to try it running in compatibility mode......
