Windows Password issue - Password not recognised
When I log into my laptop it says password not recognised ...I click on it again and it comes up with the name ( newlaptop) and asks for a password that I have forgotten.
If I change user I can get access to the computer which says administrator yet when I go into users in control panel I dont see new laptop as a user ? when I try control passwords2 in run I dont see it listed there either ? How do I find it and how can I delete it or change the password please ....
You can email me direct at clipped as I am anxious to get this issue sorted as I am due to travel soon

It's pretty normal for the best of us. There are plenty of ways to deal with this. I recommend you to try the windows password recovery software like Windows Password Recovery Tool for windows7. A few minutes and clicks you can reset your windows 7 password. Good luck.
